O R D E R:

         Government have launched ‘Janma Bhoomi Maa Vooru’ in campaign mode in all Gram Panchayats and Municipal Wards in the State and the 1st round of the Programme was conducted from 2nd October 2014 to 20th October 2014, 2nd round of the programme during 3rd – 7th June, 2015 and 3rd round of the programme during 2nd – 11th January, 2016 and 4th round ‘Janma Bhoomi Maa Vooru’ programme from 2nd January, 2017 to 11th January, 2017. Now, the Government have decided to take up 5th round of ‘Janma Bhoomi – Maa Vooru’ Programme from 2nd January 2018 to 11th January, 2018.


2.     In order to conduct the programme effectively, Government has decided to depute Senior Officers as Officers In-charge for each Revenue Divisions. The List of the Officers deputed along with allotted Revenue Division is annexed to this order.

3. The allotted Officers have to stay in the Revenue Division/District assigned to them, during the entire period of Janma Bhoomi. Every day during the Janma Bhoomi, they will intensively participate in the ‘Janma Bhoomi Maa Vooru’ Programme, duly concentrating on the priority areas of Janma Bhoomi. The detailed guidelines and other related material will be sent to the deputed Officers by the Planning Department. The officers should go through the material well in advance.

4. They should ensure that the smooth conduct of program as per the guidelines with close coordination with District Collectors and line department Officers concerned as per the schedule. All nodal officers should ensure that the daily information pertaining to their Revenue Division should be updated by 7 P.M. on the same day for the review of the Hon’ble Chief Minister. All Nodal Officers are requested to visit the allotted Revenue Division before the ‘Janma Bhoomi Maa Vooru’ Program to ensure the redressal of grievances received during the previous rounds. Under no circumstances NonFinancial grievances should be kept pending. They may contact the Chief Executive Officer, Real Time Governance (RTG) for obtaining the list of grievances.
