One Month Salary Advance for Employees

Read the following :
1. G.O.Ms.No.177 G.A. (SW.I) Dept., dt.13-4-2011.
2. G.O.Ms.No.240 Finance (A&L) Dept., dt.28-10-2011
3. Representation from the JAC of the Telangana Employees, Teachers Gazetted Officers
and Workers, Hyderabad dt.10-11-2011 enclosed with CMP No.1056/CMP.OV/2011
dated 15-11-2011.

Based on the Agreement entered into between the Telangana Employees, Teachers, Gazetted Officers, Non-Gazetted Officers, Workers, orders have been issued in the reference 2nd cited towards payment of advance equal to maximum one month’s salary to the employees who participated in the strike from 13-9-2011 onwards and who have re-joined duty on 25-10-2011.
In the reference 2nd cited, TJAC representatives have requested for sanction of special advance to those employees who have joined duty before or after 25-10-2011 also, subject to granting an
advance equal to the salary of 15 days to those employees who participated in the agitation for 15 days or more but less than 30 days and an advance equal to the salary of one month to those who
participated in the agitation for 30 days and above


2. After careful examination of the matter and in continuation to the G.O. 2nd cited, it is decided to consider the payment of special advance to the extent of salary loss suffered on account of employee’s participation in the strike, subject to a maximum of one month salary, even for those employees who joined duty prior to 25-10-2011 and those who joined after 25-10-2011 but before
31-10-2011. All other conditions as mentioned in the G.O. 2nd cited remain the same.
3. The Departments of Secretariat/Heads of Departments/Heads of Offices are requested to take necessary action accordingly.
