O R D E R:
In the reference
4th read above, the Commissioner of AYUSH
has reported that, the A.P., State AYUSH Doctors Welfare Association,
Hyderabad has requested for enhancement of monthly remuneration being paid to
the Staff working in AYUSH Department under NRHM on par with regular employees as
enhanced in RPS 2010 and that the Government have enhanced the remuneration as
per PRC 2010 to the personnel working on contract / outsourcing basis and
further that in para 6 of the G.O.Ms.No.3, Finance (SMPC) Department,
dated.12.1.2011, it was stated that in respect of certain categories of
posts, other than the common posts mentioned therein remuneration shall be fixed not exceeding the
minimum of the time scale attached to the equivalent category of the relevant
post in the revised scales of pay 2010.
The Commissioner of
Health & Family Welfare in the reference 3rd read above has
requested the Government to issue necessary approval for enhancement of
Remuneration of the above said common category of staff, working in AYUSH
Department under NRHM and the Government have accepted the proposal vide Govt.
Memo.No.3001/R1/2011-1, HM & FW (R1) Department, dated. 16.04.2011 and in
terms of G.O.Ms.No.3, Finance (SMPC-II) Department for enhancement of
remuneration at the minimum of the basic pay attached to the respective post,
as per RPS 2010, subject to confirmation of the pay scales in respect of each
category and informed that, the following categories are not covered in the
Departmental schedule 20 (g) of RPS 2010, and hence proposed for fixation of
suitable remuneration to each post, taking into consideration of equal scale in
the RPS 2010.
The Commissioner of
AYUSH also, in her letter 4th read above has requested the
Government to issue necessary permission to enhance remuneration in respect of
the above said specialized categories of posts of AYUSH Department.
The Government,
After careful examination of the matter hereby permit the Commissioner of AYUSH
for payment of enhanced remuneration as mentioned at colums No.5 of the table
below, for each category of outsourcing / contract post, w.e.f. the date of issue of this order.

The Commissioner of
AYUSH shall take necessary action accordingly. In this connection, she is advised
to develop an appraisal system based on IPOP cases and conduct minimum tests at
PHCs by the AYUSH Doctors along with movement registers at PHCs to record their
tour, if any.
This order is
issued with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC-II) Department vide their
U.O.No.3031/236/A2/SMPC-II/2011, dated.08-11-2011.
